This is a later version of the BLISS-11 compiler.  It has been
modified to remove many of the earlier hacks and replace them
with newer hacks.  The changes include:

	- better commenting of the code as I understood it more

	- replacement of tagged pointers with tagged structures

	- a breakout of many routines into their own modules

	- a rewrite of the lexical analysis routines
